Creativity

Practice
Art, Asana, & the Sacred Within
Creativity isn't something you have to find. It may be something you remember. 🎨✨
Join Emily Michalski (LCAT, KAP, RYT) for a 2-hour workshop exploring creativity as a practice of reconnecting with the sacred, expressive self that already lives within you.
Through a blend of gentle yoga, creative exploration, and reflection, we'll investigate what blocks our creative spirit and how movement and art can help us return to a place of curiosity, play, and authentic expression.
No art experience. No yoga experience. No pressure to "be creative."
Just a willingness to show up, explore, and maybe get a little messy.

The Wisdom of Ganesha
Ganeśa (Ganesha) is an Indian mythological deity that embodies the energy of new beginnings, the remover of obstacles, and the energy of wisdom and discernment in the face of challenges. Using the tools of nāda yoga, Sanskrit mantras and kīrtan we will begin to embody the energy of Ganeśa. This may help us access new solutions and insights in problems we face. Nāda yoga is a practice of using the voice as the instrument of self-expression, creativity, and authenticity. It has a potent way of liberating us from mental patterns and sticky emotions. Participants are welcome to bring drums and follow along with the beat. Led by Marla Pelletier, a second-generation Indian American, 500 E-RYT in Sanskirt, nāda and mantra yoga.
