Cacao Ceremony & Mediation
Join us for an evening of connection, ritual, and heart-centered practice through cacao, song, meditation, movement, and community. Revered for thousands of years across Mayan, Aztec, and other South American traditions, cacao has long been used as a sacred medicine for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. Together we will share this ancient spiritual food and explore practices that invite openness, reflection, joy, and connection.
Cacao, the main ingredient in chocolate, is considered a nourishing superfood with roots in the Amazonian basin and a long history of ceremonial use throughout the Americas. Known for its gentle yet energizing effects, cacao supports the release of feel-good hormones associated with love, connection, and emotional wellbeing while also offering rich nutritional and antioxidant benefits. Participants can expect an evening of guided meditation, music, movement, reflection, and shared experience in a warm and welcoming environment. No prior experience is necessary.

Yoga for Pitta Season
Ayurveda, the oldest system of medicine in the world, is grounded in the thought that human beings are comprised of three doshas (life forces) – vata, kapha and pitta. An imbalance in even one dosha can challenge a person’s physical, mental and/or emotional health.
This workshop focuses on pitta dosha, which is often imbalanced in the summer. A pitta imbalance can result in irritated skin, an overactive digestive system, headaches, rashes, feeling burned out, impatient, or argumentative, being ego-driven, and over working.
In this first workshop of a three part series, you will receive an introduction into Ayurveda and more specifically pitta dosha. We will explore simple practices on and off the mat to balance pitta dosha. The majority of the workshop will be spent balancing pitta through the intentional practice of specific asana, pranayama (breath control), and dharana (concentration).

Family Yoga
Join Melanie for our inaugural offering of Family Yoga! This class is designed for families who want to share space, movement, and a bit of organized chaos.
We’ll move through a guided asana sequence, adapted for a range of bodies, attention spans, and energy levels. Parents and children are invited to participate as they’re able and step out when needed. No pressure to keep up. No expectation to be still or silent.
Registration Details:
Each registration covers one caregiver + one child. If you plan to attend with more than one child, please purchase an additional registration for each child.
Description of target audience:
Children must be able to stand and move independently (approximately 1 year and up). There is no strict upper age limit. This practice is best suited for children who are open to playful, family-oriented movement.
Caregivers are encouraged to use their discretion. If your older child or teen would rather not participate in this kind of environment, it’s likely not the right fit for them.
A note for caregivers:
This is a shared experience, and we ask that caregivers remain present and engaged alongside their children throughout the event.
